With the University of Kentucky winning again
in the NCAA final four games, what fans do in celebration can be unpredictable.
Their over-the-top celebrating is a big concern for the city of Kentucky and
police are now assessing the riots and damage from the weekend. More than two
dozen arrests have already been made and police are working hard to be sure the
city is safe and fans settle down. Police are also working on keeping the
crowds under control and getting everything back to normal.
